life's changes and challenges.
Attitude wellness involves finding balance between work, home, and
leisure.
Emotional wellness involves a positive feeling about ourselves and the
capability to handle circumstances with others in diplomatic fashions.
Understanding and managing our feelings, relationships and stresses are
key.
Social wellness involves taking action in our community and doing
positive
things for others.
Keeping all of these factors in balance is a life long journey....oh,
